Yanick+Fée wins prestigious Taste 09 Award

Organic fine food startup wins with Pastry Innovation competition

The Swiss organic fine food startup, Yanick+Fée, will be an exhibitor at ANUGA 2009 in Cologne (October 10 - 14) for a second time. The young company made a great impression when the brand was unveiled at the trade fair two years ago, where it introduced the Yanick+Fée “Breakfast World” products. Since then the company has expanded its range to 40 organic fine food products, with the latest product, Organic Crunchy Chocolate, launched on the market in September

The two founders are particularly proud of receiving yet another award: Yanick+Fée was bestowed the Taste 09 Award for its Organic Choco Délice Rosa Pfeffer (Chocolate Délice Pink Pepper) biscuits. This prize for innovation was awarded by the jury to 53 products and concepts. And Yanick+Fée is one of the selected.

2009 saw the participation of approximately 350 exhibitors submitting almost 900 ideas. The jury’s selection was based on products that excelled in terms of innovation and creativity from among the large field of good ideas - across the ten food trade fairs at ANUGA. Since many of the products exhibited at ANUGA in Cologne are not only destined for the German or European market, the entries were very competitive and included international trendsetters. All award-winning products can be seen in a special exhibition at Messeboulevard Nord.
