Organic Chocolate

The delicate taste of Yanick + Fée chocolate is achieved by using only the finest quality cocoa beans. Our special flavour is allowed to develop in a process known as conching, whereby the raw chocolate mass is refined and blended for several hours to give the chocolate its smooth, rich texture. This method of making Swiss chocolate ensures all six varieties of our organic chocolate are soya lecithin free.
